Anarchopedia:email
All Anarchopedia's contributors can have an email account. You can use pops (pop via ssl), imaps (imap via ssl), smtps (smtp via ssl). Spam and virus checkers are working, too. In this moment we don't have webmail, but it is possible that we would have it in the future. Quota for email accounts doesn't exist, but you should take care about space. (If you need a lot of storage for email, please use Yahoo or Gmail.) However, if you really need some storage on the Internet for your files, ask me personally for that (via email millosh@anarchopedia.org).
There is no integrations between MediaWiki and our mail system, as well as Anarchopedia email is not public email (such as Yahoo, Gmail, Hotmail, etc.; it is only for Anarchopedia's contributors) so you should ask here for email account.
For contributors from other Anarchopedias (other then Meta and Eng): Please, make link to this page and make link to your account (like: deu:User:millosh).
Parameters for email
- Username: <username>@anarchopedia.org (<username> means your username)
- Password: <password> (<password> means your password)
- IMAPS (IMAP via SSL) server: imap.anarchopedia.org; use for server name "lav.anarhija.org" for old mail for the next couple of days.
- IMAPS port: 993
- POP3S (POP3 via SSL) server: pop.anarchopedia.org; use for server name "lav.anarhija.org" for old mail for the next couple of days.
- POP3S port: 995
- SMTP server requires authentication
- SMTPS (SMTP via SSL) server: smtp.anarchopedia.org
- SMTPS port: 465
Don't use POP and IMAP without SSL even it is possible in this moment.
