3rd General Meeting

We should start thinking about new general meeting. We have important things to decide:

1. Choosing hosting option (tachanka?) 2. APOV - we sholud decide what is and what is not APOV 3. Better communication between local @pedia collectives (does anybody know someone from ie. the chinese @pedia? I don't.) 4. ...?
