In esperanto to change a regular pronun into a possessive pronoun you just add the letter -a.

              mi (I) - mia (my)
              vi (you) - via (your)
              li (he) - lia (his)
              ŝi (she) - ŝia (her)
              ĝi (it) - ĝi (its)
              ni (we) - nia (our)
vi (you in plural) - via (your)
              ili (they) - ilia (their)
     Examples:
1.Mia patro estas juna(young) kaj forta.
       2.Lia kudo estas maljuno.
