Talk:Jesus of Nazareth

I had planned this page to make a fairly strong political statement and I had intended it to be rather deeper than it is. Unfortunately, the initial version of the page turned out to be very bland. Time permitting, I may try to strengthen it in the future. It could also use some expansion; it's really very telegraphic at this time. And it really needs more detailed comments on the dichotomy between the words and deeds of "followers" of Jesus, with particular reference to the "fundamentalist Christians" in our own government. Oh, well, it's a start.

I don't know if one can conclude Jesus was an anarchist but he sure wasn't a hawk. -- SAL, 11/17/04
