Anarchism is not opposed to order, just authority (this is however a very common misconception).  Your action has shown that the software used to run this site (Mediawiki), is very vulnerable and is not probably as good a medium for an "anarchist encyclopedia" as would be a distributed peer to peer network.  Would you accept an armistice and allow to restore some order?  [[User:rev 22|rev 22]] 23:17, 15 Oct 2005 (UTC)

:If the software is ''vulnerable'' and ''not a good medium'' because it allows me to do things that, were it not for 'anarchy', authority would have prevented me from doing, surely you are simply using the ''medium'' as a surrogate authority? Authority is any external force that controls or seeks to control ''by design'' behaviour or thought, whether it's a piece of software that stops you from deleting a page or a short man with a moustache suffering from chronic cramp in his right arm. Trying to restore order? Some anarchist you are!

Anarchism is not opposed to order, just authority (this is however a very common misconception). Your action has shown that the software used to run this site (Mediawiki), is very vulnerable and is not probably as good a medium for an "anarchist encyclopedia" as would be a distributed peer to peer network. Would you accept an armistice and allow to restore some order? rev 22 23:17, 15 Oct 2005 (UTC)

If the software is vulnerable and not a good medium because it allows me to do things that, were it not for 'anarchy', authority would have prevented me from doing, surely you are simply using the medium as a surrogate authority? Authority is any external force that controls or seeks to control by design behaviour or thought, whether it's a piece of software that stops you from deleting a page or a short man with a moustache suffering from chronic cramp in his right arm.
