The Circumcis language (Seriakomaehia) is a constructed language.

The rule with placement of vowels is the same as the Gaelic rule:

Kara e gara eti reaha e leaha

This means "slender (e and i) to slender and broad (a, o, and u) to broad." Kara comes from the Irish word caol, e comes from the Polynesian word for "to," eti from the Latin word et, and reaha from the Irish leathann. The g is a mutation of the k, and the l is amutation of the r..

Slender to slender and broad to broad means consonants must be surrounded by vowels of the same quality.

The unmutated consonants are f, h, k, m, n, ng, p, r, s, and t. The mutated consonants are v, h, g, m, n, ng, b, l, z, and d.
