Glad you came. Perhaps I shouldn't use words like "join" or "member"; but I can't think of anything better for the latter. Certainly, nobody commits to anything here.
I know you want something to chew on, and I'm not giving you much. I'm not here to push an agenda, but to set up a forum where agendas can meet. I've copied an excerpt of Kim B's ruleset to the Drafts space; you might like to comment on it.
